Playing my Xbone save on my PC is pretty sweet. Only thing I'm missing is the workshop, but I have this version too so I'm ready for when/if any good mods come out.
MS can hold 60 FPS on high, Steam holds about 50-60 FPS. Xbone compatible saves and performance is 5-10 FPS better than the steam version on my machine with exact same settings.
